Collector Officer

Yesterday i went to Collector Officer, for reducing stamp duty as it was falling under some section on stamp duty Act, and thus stamp duty can reduced legally. But then also the officer were not Co-operating because they wanted money. Then one man came to me that he will do the work for and demanded money from me, he asked for Rs. 500. My Clients wanted to get the work done so he gave 500 bucks to him. This is the thing i don't like but we have to do beacuse without giving money to this sluts its very difficult to get our things done.
